We will be offering several types of Yoga and Pursue Fitness:

Gentle Yoga – Our chair-based yoga will allow you  to gently explore greater ranges of motion and flexibility, with an appropriate emphasis on breath and posture to make sure you’re making the most of your effort

Yoga Balance – Combines flexibility with stabilization poses to strengthen the core and improve ones sense of spacial awareness, balance and overall movement.

Yoga – A perfect way to unwind, wake up or engage, our all-levels yoga format can be a nice addition to your workout routine or personal yoga practice!
