We will be offering several types of Yoga and Pursue Fitness:
Gentle Yoga – Our yoga format designed with sensitive joints in mind will allow you to gently explore greater ranges of motion and flexibility, with an appropriate emphasis on breath and posture to make sure you’re making the most of your effort
Yoga Balance – Combines flexibility with stabilization poses to strengthen the core and improve ones sense of spacial awareness, balance and overall movement.
Power Yoga – An energizing, vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Power yoga enhances stamina, flexibility, posture, and mental focus. Like all physical activities, it also relieves tension and releases toxins through sweat. Because it is rigorous, it burns more calories than most traditional forms of yoga and therefore can help with weight loss. If you attend a power yoga class, prepare to work hard and to work up a sweat. Best for intermediate to advanced fitness level.
Buti Yoga – This calorie scorching workout fuses Power Yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance and body sculpting movement. Buti Yoga uses the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Buti favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion helping to build long, lean muscle.
