This dance class brings the club to the classroom! With easy-to-follow choreography to today’s biggest hits, this class makes working out FUN. Incorporating a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) setup, members are encouraged to push themselves out of their comfort zones, but at their own pace. By combining classic fitness moves, such as burpees, speed skaters, and jumping jacks with exciting dance moves, participants get the best of both fitness worlds. Songs incorporating leg, arm and core toning complete this full-body workout. ‘Dance it Away’ is a class for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting into the fitness game or you’re a seasoned vet, this format offers multiple options to make this an ideal workout for any BODY.
