Finding time to work out at a gym can be difficult enough without worrying about finding a gym with child care. Let Pursue Fitness take that worry away and bring your children to our gym while you enjoy our our top of the line cardio and strength equipment or enjoy a group class, a needed tan, or a relaxing chair massage. Your children will have a fun, safe and supervised place to play in our childcare while you enjoy your workout.
Active Play
The staff at Pursue Fitness serving Springfield and Eugene will make your children their top priority while you are enjoying your workout. Our mission is to create a gym with childcare where kids love to come and where parents find convenience and feel confidence in our child care. Our staff will engage your children with games, toys, movies, coloring and other fun activities to keep them active so you can enjoy your time at our gym with childcare.
Safe Supervision
Our child care staff is dedicated to the safety of your children and it is of paramount importance to us. All of our staff are certified in CPR and First Aid and must pass a background check before they are hired. They have experience in monitoring children, safe play, disciplining, sanitizing, and child secure check in/out. We have an intercom system that coordinates with our front desk so we can immediately page parents if necessary. We will focus on the kids while you focus on working out and meeting your fitness goals at our gym.
Fast, Secure Check In/Out
Pursue Fitness has a computer system to safely check children in and out of child care and to ensure parents and children are securely matched. The parent who signs the child in is the ONLY person who can sign that child out at our gym unless previous arrangements are made. Pursue Fitness is not a state licensed childcare facility; therefore, children’s parents are required to stay at the gym while the children are in childcare.
How to Get Started
Pursue Fitness provides childcare only to gym members. You must have an active membership and add on a childcare package to your membership in order to start utilizing our services. The cost is $15 for 1 child and $10 for each additional child per month. For example, if you have two children you will be billed an additional $25 a month on top of your gym membership dues in order to utilize our child care services. Gym childcare is limited to 2 hours at one time for ages 3 months to 11 years. Staff will not change diapers. Please refer to our childcare agreement for more specific details.
