SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Experience a unique small group workout training program at Pursue Fitness that addresses all four aspects of fitness: cardio, power, strength and endurance. This group training class offers superior fitness equipment such as the Connexus Functional Training System, S-Drive Performance Trainer, Matrix Rowers, TRX, Kettle Bells, Intensity Bands, Battle Ropes and much more to combine in countless ways to help you reach your fitness goals.  This group training is meant for anyone in Eugene and Springfield desiring to achieve their fitness goals.   Premium members get unlimited training classes in addition to the other amenities.

Small group training classes will be offered at:  5:30 am, 6:15 am, 9:15 am, 12:15 pm, and 5:15 pm Mon-Fri and then 9:15 am on Saturday.
