Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance such as salsa, mambo, merengue, and samba  performed primarily to Latin American dance music. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Unlike a traditional aerobics class, you don’t have to worry about stepping or clapping in perfect time. Zumba movements are more free flowing. After a Zumba class, you’ll feel less like you marched in a boot camp drill and more like you let yourself go at a party. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, as well as intermittent resistance training.
